Sony Xperia E5 with 13MP camera, Android 6.0, and 4G LTE launched
Sony has launched a new smartphone, dubbed as Sony Xperia E5. The smartphone is now available in Europe at EUR 199 (approx. Rs. 15,000) in Black and White color variants.
The Sony Xperia E5 comes with a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor, coupled with Mali-T720 GPU and 1.5 GB RAM. It offers 16 GB internal memory, expandable up to 200GB with microSD. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Xperia E5 sports 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is backed by a 2700mAh battery and offers connectivity options like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1,GPS, and NFC. The Sony Xperia E5 measures 144 x 69 x 8.2 mm and weighs 147 g.
However, there is no word on its Indian availability yet. Recently, the company has also launched the Xperia X Dual and Xperia XA Dual in India.
