Yu Yureka Black to go on open sale via Flipkart from tomorrow
YU Yureka black has been fairly popular ever since its launch. The smartphone comes with some promising specifications and that too at a budget of Rs. 8,999. Until now, the Yureka Black smartphone was only available through flash sales where it received quite a warm response from the buyers. Braking the ice, the smartphone will now be available for open sale via Flipkart from tomorrow i.e 22nd June.
Previous to this, it was reported that, the Yureka Black got sold out in its first flash sale conducted on 6th which made it the fastest selling Yureka smartphone on Flipkart. Yureka Black’s Chrome Black variant went out of stock in less than 15 hours of going live.
As per the stats shared by Flipkart, Yureka Black clocked record sales with the smartphone selling at the rate of 80 units per minutes. Apart from this, Flipkart also stated that the smartphone had over half a million notify me’s ahead of the sale, and about 2 lakh unique visitors to the product page.
To recall, Yureka Black sports a 5-inch Full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixel) display with 2.5D glass and Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. Under the hood, it has got a 1.4 GHz Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 processor. The smartphone comes with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card. Yureka Black runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with company’s skin on top.
The optic department includes a 13 MP rear camera with Sony IMX 258 sensor and a dual-tone LED flash. The rear camera comes with features such as night-mode, beauty filters, Super Pixel and HDR mode. There is also an 8 MP front camera coupled with LED flash for better selfies in low light. The Yureka Black houses a 3,000 mAh battery along with 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone measures 142.5 × 69.9 × 8.73 mm and weighs 150 g.
