Moto E4 Plus with 5000 mAh battery, 3 GB RAM and 13 MP rear camera launched in India at Rs. 9,999
Lenovo-owned Motorola, being on schedule has launched its Moto E4 Plus smartphone today in India. And as it was expected the company has also officially announced the availability of Moto E4 smartphone along-side it as well. Although the Moto E4 was already available via select retail stores in India from early July however, it wasn’t made official by the company until now. Coming back to the Moto E4 Plus, it is priced at Rs. 9,999 and will be exclusively available for sale via Flipkart from 11:59 PM tonight itself. While the Moto E4 is already available for sale via retail stores at Rs. 8,999.
The Moto E4 Plus also comes with a number of exciting launch offers under which, all those who purchase the smartphone will get the Moto Pulse 2 headphones worth Rs. 1,599 at a discounted price of Rs. 649 only. Also the buyers will get a 2-months subscription to Hotstar premium for free. The idea subscribers will get 84 GB of 4G data for 3 months at Rs. 443 and the Jio subscribers will get Jio prime and up to 30 GB additional data. The company is also offering up to Rs. 9,000 off on the exchange of old smartphone. A buyback guarantee of up to Rs. 4,000 is announced by the company as well.
Talking about the specifications, the Moto E4 Plus bears a 5.5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) IPS LCD display and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6737 processor along with Mali T720 MP1 GPU. The smartphone was globally announced in two variants, however the one with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage has arrived in India, sidelining the 2 GB RAM /16 GB storage variant. The internal storage of the smartphone can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card. The Moto E4 Plus is running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
The optics of Moto E4 Plus include a 13 MP rear camera with auto-focus, f/2.0 aperture and LED flash, alongside a 5 MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture, and LED flash as well. The smartphone houses a massive 5,000 mAh battery with 10w rapid charging support which is the biggest highlight. The smartphone comes with a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button and also has water-repellent nano coating along with support for Dolby Atmos. The connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.2, NFC (optional), Wi-Fi 802.11n and GPS. The smartphone measures 155 x 77.5 x 9.55 mm and weighs 181 g.
