Moto E Review: Should you buy it or some other phone around 7,000 Rs?

Motorola on 14th May launched a new android phone Moto E in the entry level smartphone segment at the price of just 6,999 Rs. Motorola created history with the Moto G and it is trying to repeat the same magic with this phone. And, it is very likely that Motorola will succeed because what it is offering in this price range is absolutely amazing and no other phone from a reputed international brand offers anything close to it. Lets take a look at the new Moto E.

The Moto E offers good hardware, latest Android v4.4 Kitkat with a  promise of future Android updates and has a decent full-day battery life. These features make the Moto E undisputed king of this range.

The latest smartphone offers a 4.3-inch display with QHD screen resolution, protected with Gorilla Glass 3, 1.2 GHz Dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor, 1GB RAM, 5MP rear camera and 1980 mAH battery.

Things which are missing in the this device are the Secondary Camera and Flash but considering its price, these are no big deals.

Moto E Rivals around 7,000 Rs:

Now, lets take a look at the phones which are popular and current best phones around 7,000 Rs. There are 3 phones which are very good in this range Nokia XXolo Q700sMicromax Canvas Juice . Currently Nokia X is the most popular phone in this price range but comparing the hardware and features with Moto E, the Moto E is much better than Nokia X with better overall better performance.

The Xolo Q700S is the phone with better specifications and good hardware. It has a quad core processor compared to Moto E’s dual core processor moreover it has a bigger camera of 8 MP too. But with the Moto E you get better touch experience, features of the latest android version, a much stylish phone with various colourful back panels and the trust of a better international brand. Overall Moto E is better than the Xolo Q700S.

Next is the Micromax Canvas Juice A77. Hardware wise, it has no better hardware than the Moto E but it has bigger screen of 5 inches. Those who want bigger screens, are lured by this phone. But now when Moto E has arrived, it is not worth to buy this phone as you get everything better with the Moto E.

So, should you buy the Moto E or not?

Now, when we have checked the specifications and rival of Moto E, its time to make the final decision: Whether to buy the Moto E or to go with some other phone? We can easily figure it out that the Moto E has decent specifications which were previously missing in this price range. Additionally, we get the latest Android Kitkat which is the most attractive feature of this phone. Also, it has got decent battery, design and solid build quality. It offers everything for everyday users.

So, Moto E has clearly created its own space in this price range and has raised the standard of quality of smartphones at this price point. So undoubtedly, Moto E is the best phone to buy in this range and you should definitely buy the Moto E rather than any other phone.

    1. Hi, Moto E will be best. You can see that spec wise the rest two phones look better but when you want a phone which will serve long then the other two phone stand far behind. First of all, Moto E’s Android version will be updated and it has also got several types of coatings and Gorilla Glass which will make it last longer. And the most important thing is the quality of devie, in it Moto E is the best, go with it.
