Meizu M2 with 13 MP Camera Launched in China at Rs. 6,200 (Approx.)
The Chinese manufacturer, Meizu has launched the successor of Meizu M1 known as Meizu M2 in China recently. The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop based phone run company’s own Flyme UI 4.5 skin on top. The device measures 68.9×8.7×140.1 mm and is quite light at 131 grams.
The M2 flaunts a 5-inch IPS LCD HD display with pixel density at 294 ppi protected by AGC Dragontrail glass, it offers a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor clocked at 1.3GHz and Mali T720 GPU, paired with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. The dual sim phone has 16 GB of internal storage and is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD slot cum second sim slot.
The Meizu M2 sports a 13 megapixel rear sensor with f/2.2 aperture, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protective lens glass and LED flash. On the front, it houses a 5 megapixel snapper with f/2.0 aperture. The phone supports 4G FDD-LTE, TD-LTE, GPS, A-GPS, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.0. The phone is backed by 2450 mAh battery.
The budget smartphone is priced at Chinese Yuan 599 (approx. Rs 6,200) and available in four colors- Blue, Pink, Grey, and White. The launch date and price of Meizu M2 in India has not been announced yet.
