LG announces X cam and X screen smartphones with special features
LG has announced two new X-series smartphones, dubbed as LG X cam and X screen. Both the new smartphones have one special feature, like X cam has 13 megapixel and 5 megapixel of dual rear camera, while X screen has ‘Always On’ display.
LG X cam :
The LG X cam sports a 5.2 inch Full HD (1920 × 1080 pixels) IPS In-Cell Touch display and is powered by 1.14 GHz octa-core processor, paired with 2 GB RAM. It has 16 GB of internal memory, which is further expandable up to 2TB with microSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The USP of this phone is its 13 megapixel and 5 megapixel of dual rear camera setup with LED flash, and 8 megapixel of front facing camera. It is packed with a 2520 mAh battery.
On the connectivity front, it includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS. It measures 147.5 x 73.6 x 5.2mm and will be available in Titan Silver, White, Gold and Pink Gold colors.
LG X screen :
The LG X screen features a 4.93-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS In-Cell Touch display and a 1.76-inch (520 x 80 pixels) LCD secondary (Always On) display. It is powered by 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor, coupled with 2 GB RAM. It has 16 GB of internal memory, which is further expandable up to 2TB with microSD card. It also runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
On the photography front, it has 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and 8 megapixel of selfie snapper. It is backed by a 2300 mAh battery.
Connectivity options on the phone includes, 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. It measures 142.6 x 71.8 x 7.1mm while weighing 120 g. The smartphone will be available in Black, White and Pink Gold colors.
The X series phones will launch first in “key markets” in Asia, Europe, and Latin America starting in March. No pricing details have been given yet.
