Intex Aqua Strong 5.1 with quad core SoC and Android 6.0 launched at Rs. 6,499
Intex has extended its Aqua series with a new smartphone dubbed as Intex Aqua Strong 5.1. The smartphone is now listed on company’s website at Rs. 5,590 and will be offered in White, Blue, and Champagne color variants.
The Intex Aqua Strong 5.1 features a 5-inch FWVGA (854 X 480 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection. It is powered by a 1.0GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor, coupled with Mali T720 MP1 GPU and 1 GB RAM. It comes with 8 GB of inbuilt memory, which can be further expanded via microSD card up to 32 GB. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
The Aqua Strong 5.1 sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera. It is backed by a 2800mAh Li-Ion battery that is rated to deliver up to 16 hours of 3G talk time. The dual Sim smartphone offers connectivity options like 4G/3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Micro-USB.
The Intex Aqua Strong 5.1 measures 141.2 x 72.3 x 9.47 mm and weighs 150 grams. Last week, the company also launched the Cloud String V2 smartphone at Rs. 6,499.
