Huawei Honor 7 launched in India at Rs. 22,999
Today, as expected, Huawei has launched their new Honor 7 smartphone at an event held in New Delhi, adding a new gem to their Honor flagship series. The company launched the device in China in June, and now it has entered the India markets at a price of Rs. 22,999. At the studded event today, Huawei showcased the device and the features present in it to help the user to enjoy every single access to the device.
To remind you of the specifications, the Honor 7 sports premium aluminum alloy build and under the hood comprises a 2.2 GHz HiSilicon 64-bit Octa-core Kirin 935 processor with 3GB of RAM and includes 16GB of internal storage. The device is bundled with Huawei’s personal EMUI 3.1 skin built on Android 5.1. The phone sports a 5.2 inch Full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. Honor 7 comes with a Honor Smart Key that allows faster access to the most used applications with a single or double tap on it. The flagship is 8.5mm thick and features a sandblasted ceramic back panel with the much talked fingerprint scanner that can be used to scroll through the notifications and to click a selfie.
In the camera department the smartphone sports a 20MP rear camera that comes with Phase Detection Auto Focus, you can also edit the captured image through the offered filters options to make it look great.
The Honor 7 will get the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update and it will be made available next year in January trailed by a rollout in February. The device is backed with a massive 3100mAh battery with the Smart Power 3.0 feature to enable the optional Fast and Reverse charging modes.
Huawei has still not made any official statement regarding the availability of the device but has mentioned it will be there for sale soon and it is expected to be a Flipkart exclusive phone like other Honor series smartphones.
