ZOPO Speed 8 with Deca-core Helio X20 and 21MP rear camera launched at MWC 2016
ZOPO has officially announced a new smartphone dubbed as, ZOPO Speed 8 at Mobile World Congress 2016. The world’s first deca-core smartphone is priced at $299.99 (approx. Rs. 20,560 ) and will go on sale from 12th April. It is offered in Black and Silver color variants.
The most interesting feature about ZOPO Speed 8 is its powerhouse which makes it really fast. Under the hood, it has Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X20 processor, clubbed with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU and 4 GB RAM. It flaunts a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display. The smartphone comes with 32 GB internal storage and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Speed 8 supports a 21 megapixel rear camera with dual LED Flash, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture, Sony IMX230 sensor, and 6P lenses. On the front, it has 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, OV8856 sensor, 4P lens. It gets its juice from 3600mAh battery with fast charging support and has fingerprint scanner on the rear panel.
The ZOPO Speed 8 is a dual Sim smartphone that offers connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, USB Type-C, NFC, USB OTG. The smartphone measures 152.5 x 76.35 x 9.8mm and weighs 136 g.
However, there is no word on when it will hit the Indian markets. But with this killer specs and amazing price, we are just hoping it to come very soon.
