Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro with 6-inch FHD display, 6GB RAM, Snapdragon 653 SoC listed online
Samsung is all set to unveil the ‘Galaxy C9 Pro’ in China today. However, ahead of the official launch, the smartphone is listed on the major Chinese online retailer T-Mall, revealing all the specifications along with the price that is 3199 Yuan (approx. Rs. 31,650).
The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro sports a 6-inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) AMOLED display. It is powered by the latest Snapdragon 653 Octa-core processor clocked at 1.95 GHz coupled with Adreno 510 GPU. The processor is paired with 6GB of RAM, which is the first 6GB RAM smartphone from the company.
The smartphone packs a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/1.9 aperture and a 16-megapixel camera on the front as well. It comes with 64GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
The dual sim smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with Samsung’s own UI on top. It is backed by a big 4000 mAh battery with fast-charging support. The fingerprint sensor is mounted on the physical home button. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth v 4.2, ANT+, USB-Type-C and NFC. It measures 162.9×80.7×6.9mm and weighs 185g.
The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro comes in Gold and Rose Gold colour variants. Last month, the Samsung Galaxy C9 was also spotted on Geekbench with 6GB RAM which is also expected to launch today along with the Galaxy C9 Pro. Stay tuned for more updates!
