Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 with 3GB RAM, fingerprint sensor, 4G VoLTE launched in India at Rs. 10,499
Panasonic has extended its Eluga series of smartphones with the launch of ‘Eluga Mark 2’ at a price tag of Rs. 10,499. Last month, the Panasonic Eluga Tapp was launched at Rs. 8,990 in India.
The Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 sports a full metal body made of aircraft grade aluminium alloy and a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS Oncell 2.5D curved glass display with Asahi Dragon Trail glass protection. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Mediatek 6753 64-bit Octa-core processor, paired with 3GB RAM.
The Eluga Mark 2 sports a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, f2.2 Aperture, 5P lens, Auto Focus, HDR and a 5MP front-facing camera. It comes with 32GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The hybrid dual-sim smartphone is backed by a 3000 mAh battery with fast charging support. The fingerprint sensor is mounted on the rear panel below the camera. It also has an infrared sensor to control TV, AC and other electronic devices. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG and GPS. It measures at 151 x 76 x 7.7mm.
