Oppo R7 Lite (5 inch) and R7 Plus (6 inch) with 13 MP Rear cameras launched in India
Oppo has added two new smartphones in its ‘R series’ portfolio today, dubbed as Oppo R7 Lite and Oppo R7 Plus. Both Oppo R7 Lite and Oppo R7 Plus have a full metal uni-body design and are priced for Rs 17,990 and Rs. 29,990 respectively. Let’s get into details.
Oppo R7 Plus:
The Oppo R7 Plus flaunts a 6 inches of Full HD (1920×1280 pixels) AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, it has Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 Octa-core SoC clocked at 1.5 GHz coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 3 GB RAM. It has 32 GB of inbuilt storage and support for microSD card slot cum second SIM slot for further storage expansion.
The R7 Plus sports a 13 megapixel of Sony IMX278 rear sensor with f/2.2 aperture, laser autofocus and dual LED flash. On the front, it houses an 8 megapixel selfie snapper with f/2.4 aperture. The smartphone also sports a fingerprint sensor below the rear camera to unlock your phone with a touch. It runs on ColorOS 2.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The Oppo R7 Plus is dual SIM smartphone that supports 4G LTE connectivity, along with other connectivity features like 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and USB OTG. The device gets its juice from 4100mAh non removable battery with VOOC Rapid Charge technology.
Oppo R7 Plus is sized at 158 x 82 x 7.75 mm and weighs about 192 grams. The smartphone will be available in Gold color only from September 25.
Oppo R7 Lite:
The Oppo R7 Lite features a 5 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor paired with Adreno 405 GPU and 2 GB RAM. It has 16 GB of internal memory expandable via microSD card cum second SIM slot.
Oppo R7 Lite sports a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and aperture of f/2.2 while having 8 megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture on the front. It also runs on ColorOS 2.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The dual SIM smartphone offers connectivity features like 4G LTE/3G, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and USB OTG. It is backed by 2320mAh Li-Po battery with VOOC Rapid Charge technology.
The Oppo R7 Lite measures 143 x 71 x 6.3 mm and weighs 147 g only. The smartphone will be available in Gold and Silver color variants and will be available from September 10.
