Oppo R11 design revealed in video teaser; press renders also leaked
Oppo is all pumped up to release its upcoming smartphone Oppo R11 on 10th June. The smartphone has been up with a lot of leaks and rumours, revealing a lot about the specifications of the smartphone. The only matter of doubt was regarding the design of the smartphone and now that also seems to be disclosed. Oppo has released a video teaser of the upcoming smartphone which gives an idea in context with the design of the smartphone. Also the smartphone has leaked in press renders providing further more details about the color variants.
The 42 second long video shows the smartphone from different angles giving a better peek at the design of the smartphone. The video shows a dual rear camera setup at the rear which was highly rumoured earlier and gets confirmed now. Also the smartphone appears to be sporting an all-metal body with rounded edges and a physical home button on the front which possibly embeds a fingerprint sensor as it isn’t sighted elsewhere. The power button and SIM tray are placed on the right, where as the volume rockers are located on the left.
Thereafter, the leaked press renders show the smartphone in Gold, Rose Gold, and Black colour options. There is nothing new in press renders that isn’t spotted in the video teaser.
Talking about the rumoured specifications the Oppo R11 will sport a 5.5-inch Full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixel) AMOLED display and is speculated to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. The smartphone is said to come with 4 GB RAM and will be running on Android 7.1 Nougat and ColorOS on top.
As confirmed, the Oppo R11 holds a dual camera setup which is rumoured to hold 20 MP and 16 MP sensors each. Notably Oppo R11 will be the first smartphone from Oppo to come with dual rear camera setup. The smartphone as per the leaks will pack a 2,900 mAh battery.
