LG K3, K4, K8, K10 and Stylus 3 smartphones announced ahead of CES 2017
LG has announced four new K-series smartphones, dubbed as LG K3, K4, K8, K10 and the new Stylus 3 smartphone. All these smartphones will be showcased at CES 2017 trade show, which is to be held at Las Vegas from 5th to 8th January.
LG K3 and K4 (2017):
The LG K3 and LG K4 are budget smartphones sporting some similar specifications. Both the smartphones run on 1.1GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor, coupled with Adreno 304 GPU and 1GB RAM. Both come with 8GB internal memory, expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card, run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and sport a 5MP rear camera with LED flash. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS.
The LG K3 sports a 4.5-inch (854×480 pixels) In-cell Touch IPS display, 2MP front-facing camera and a 2100mAh removable battery, whereas the LG K4 sports a 5-inch (854×480 pixels) In-cell Touch IPS display, 5MP front-facing camera and a 2500mAh removable battery. The LG K3 comes in Black colour and K4 comes in Titan and Black colors.
LG K8 (2017):
The LG K8 features a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) In-cell Touch IPS display. It is powered by a 1.4GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 MSM8917 processor, coupled with 1.5GB RAM. It comes with 16GB inbuilt storage, expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. It sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. It is backed by a 2500mAh removable battery. The LG K8 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n, Bluetooth 4.2, micro-USB, GPS and NFC. It measures at 144.8×72.1×8.09mm and weighs at 142 grams. It will be available in Silver, Titan, Dark Blue, and Gold colors.
LG K10 (2017):
The LG K10 features a 5.3-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) 2.5D curved glass IPS display. It is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor, clubbed with 2GB RAM. It will be available in two storage options – 16GB and 32GB, expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card. It sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens. It is backed by a 2800mAh removable battery. It comes with a fingerprint sensor also. The Android 7.0 Nougat-based K10 supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and NFC. It measures at 148.7×75.3×7.9mm and weighs at 142 grams. It will be available in Black, Titan, and Gold colors.
LG Stylus 3 (2017):
Lastly, the LG Stylus 3 features a 5.7-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) 2.5D curved glass IPS display. It is powered by 1.5GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 64-bit processor, clubbed with 3GB RAM. It comes with 16GB inbuilt storage, expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card. It sports a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The handset is backed by a 3200mAh removable battery and it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. As the name suggests, the LG Stylus 3 supports stylus pen and also comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC. It measures at 155.6 x 79.8 x 7.4mm and weighs at 149g. The Stylus 3 comes in Metallic Titan and Pink Gold colors.
