Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo with 3GB RAM and 16MP camera Launched
Lenovo has launched its Vibe P1 Turbo smartphone in Indonesia at IDR 3,999 (approx. Rs. 20,000). The dual SIM smartphone is now available in Silver, Graphite Gray, and Gold color variants.
On the specifications & design front, the Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo is almost similar to the Vibe P1 available in India, except the RAM and camera, as ‘Turbo’ variant has 3 GB RAM and 16 MP rear camera, while Vibe P1 has 2 GB RAM and 13 MP rear camera (Lenovo’s Indonesian website, where the Vibe P1 Turbo is listed has erroneous specifications, on one page they say the Vibe P1 Turbo has 13 MP camera and 3 GB RAM and on other page they have listed 16 MP camera and 2 GB RAM, but as they have launched the phone as ‘Turbo’ 16 MP rear camera and 3 GB RAM looks like the correct combination).
Still, let’s take a glance at the specifications of the new Vibe P1 Turbo, the smartphone comes with 5.5-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) IPS display with pixel density of 401 ppi. It is powered by 1.5 GHz Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. It has 32 GB of internal memory which is further expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The Vibe P1 Turbo bears a 16 megapixel of autofocus rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is packed with a massive 4900 mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB, and GPS/AGPS.
The Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo measures 75.6×9.9×152.9mm and weighs 187 grams. There is no word on its availability in other regions yet.
