Lava Flair S1 with Android 5.1 Lollipop and 8GB storage launched at Rs. 4,349

Lava has launched a new entry-level smartphone named as, Lava Flair S1. The smartphone is officially priced at Rs. 4,349, but it is now available at Rs. 3,799 via major online retailers. It is offered in Black and Champagne Gold color variants.

The Lava Flair S1 comes with a 4.5 inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) TFT display and powered by a 1.3 GHz dual core processor, paired with 512 MB RAM. It has 8 GB of inbuilt storage, expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The Flair S1 sports a 3.2 megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, and a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera. It is backed by a 1750mAh battery that claims to offer talk time of up to 13 hours on 2G networks and up to 9 hours of talk time on 3G networks.

On the connectivity front, the dual Sim smartphone includes GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with hotspot functionality, Bluetooth v4.0, FM radio, Micro-USB 2.0, and USB-OTG. It measures 135 x 67 x 9.05mm and weighs 143 grams.

The India manufacturer, Lava has already launched Lava A71 4G, Lava X11 and A88, Lava Twinpad Hybrid laptop, and Lava Iris Fuel F2 earlier this year.
