Huawei MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro with 10.1 inch screen, Snapdragon 616, 8MP camera announced
Huawei has announced a new tablet dubbed as, Huawei MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro. The Android running tablet is listed on the company’s site, and comes in black and white colors, however there is no word on its pricing or availability yet.
The Huawei MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro features a 10.1-inch WUXGA (1920 × 1200 pixels) IPS display, with brightness up to 300 nits. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 octa-core (4×1.5GHz + 4×1.2GHz) processor, paired with Adreno 405 GPU and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Emotion UI 3.1 on top. It will be offered in three variants, one with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory, and other two with 3 GB RAM and 16 or 32 GB internal storage.
The MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro sports an 8 megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash, and f/2.0 aperture. It also bears a 2 megapixel front facing camera. It will be backed by a 6660mAh battery.
Connectivity options on the tablet includes 4G LTE (optional), Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS / aGPS. The Huawei MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro measures 259.1×156.4×8.5mm and weighs 495 g.
Last week, Huawei also launched its flagship phones, Huawei P9 and P9 Plus.
