We already know Google has contracted HTC to made two Nexus devices this year, which are currently codenamed as ‘Sailfish’ and ‘Marlin’. However, the ‘Marlin’ Nexus which will be the high-end device among the two Nexus, has been leaked with its specifications.
As per the AndroidPolice, the HTC ‘Marlin’ Nexus will feature a 5.5-inch QHD (2560×1440) AMOLED display, powered by Quad-core Qualcomm processor. It may pack a 4GB RAM, 12MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, fingerprint sensor, USB Type C, and a 3450mAh battery. The AndroidPolice hasn’t revealed the source, but the website says they are 90% sure about this specs for next Nexus.
Earlier today, Google has announced the name for next Android as Android 7.0 Nougat.
