Pebble smartwatches launched in India starting at Rs. 5,999
Pebble has officially launched its four new smartwatches in India, known as Pebble Classic, Pebble Time, Pebble Time Steel and Pebble Time Round. The smartwatches are now available exclusively on Amazon starting at Rs. 5,999.
Pebble’s Classic, Time, Time Steel and Time Round feature an always-on daylight readable color e-paper display. All of them are compatible with Android 4.0.3 or higher and iOS 8 or higher. They all can track steps, sleep and can also offer notifications for calendar events, text and emails, incoming calls and more. Now let’s look at their distinct features.
Pebble Classic:
The Pebble Classic comes with a plastic body and silicon straps. It has a rechargeable battery that lasts 5-7 days on a single charge and is water-resistant for up to 50 meters. Users can download watch faces and apps, and can also control music playing on the smartphone. It will be offered in White, Black, Pink and Red color variants and is priced at Rs. 5,999.
Pebble Time:
The Pebble Time comes with an aluminum frame and silicon straps. It features 1.25 inch E-ink 2.5D glass display with Gorilla Glass protection and stainless steel bezel. It has a microphone for responding to notifications or taking short voice notes. It has a battery life of up to 7 days and is water-resistant for up to 30 meters. It will be available in White, Black, and Red color variants and is priced at Rs. 9,999.
Pebble Time Steel:
The Pebble Time Steel is almost similar to Pebble Time, except this one has a CNC-finished 316L stainless steel case with fine leather and stainless steel straps. It has a battery life of up to 10 days and will be offered in Black, Silver and Gold color variants. It is priced at Rs. 15,999.
Pebble Time Round:
The Pebble Time Round is the lightest and thinnest smartwatch of them all, and comes with a circular display. It comes in two different band sizes 20mm and 14mm. It has a battery life of two days, and even 15 minutes charging can offer full day usage. It is IPX7 certified splash resistant and comes in Black and Silver color variants. It is priced at Rs. 13,599.
