Overall, the Xiaomi Redmi 5A is very well built phone with very good cameras for a budget phone. It also comes with decent performance, decent display, decent battery life and is a good package in total. But, it also misses out on a fingerprint scanner, a big battery and a premium metallic body which the last year’s Redmi 4 delivers with excellence at just Rs. 1,000 more. So, only if you are stuck with the budget, you should go with the Redmi 5A otherwise, Xiaomi’s other phones make a better choice.
