Lenovo Zuk Edge with Snapdragon 821 SoC and narrow bezels leaked in live images
Lenovo Zuk Z1, Zuk Z2 Pro and Zuk Z2 are the three smartphones launched till now under the Zuk branding. Now, as per the alleged reports, the Lenovo Zuk Edge is the upcoming smartphone from the company and it has been leaked in live images now.
A device codenamed Zuk Z2151 has recently passed TENAA certification, which is now alleged as the Lenovo Zuk Edge. The leaked images of the Zuk Edge purportedly shows thin bezels around the display.
The three leaked images were first spotted on Weibo. Two of them are quite blurry and reveal little extra detail. However, they do show the handset booting with a ZUK logo and the other running, which looks like to be an Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The third image (as seen in featured image) appears to be a lot more interesting. It offers a closeup view of the top part of the phone and thus a more detailed look at the design.
The Lenovo Zuk Edge is expected to sport a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display and powered by Quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor. It might come in 4GB or 6GB RAM with 32GB or 64GB internal storage variants.
On the camera front, it is expected to sport a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and an 8MP front-facing camera. The dual sim smartphone will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with ZUI 2.0 and backed by a 3000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support.
However, the exact specifications and other details will be known only when the phone launches, which is expected to be by next month in China. Stay tuned for more updates!
