Honor 8 Lite with 12MP & 8MP cameras, 4GB RAM & 3,000 mAh battery launched in India at Rs. 17,999
Huawei, under its sub-brand Honor has launched its ‘Honor 8 Lite’ in India today. The smartphone was first launched in Finland during February and has finally arrived in India now. The Honor 8 Lite is priced at Rs. 17,999 and will be available from 12th May through offline retailers across the country. The smartphone will come in premium Black color variant for now and will also be available in Blue color later this month.
The Honor 8 Lite sports a 5.2 inches Full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) display along with 2.5D curved glass on top. The device is powered by company’s own Kirin 655 octa-core processor. The smartphone comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage with can be further expanded upto 128 GB via microSD card. The Honor 8 Lite runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.0 on top.

Imaging options of the smartphone include a 12 MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and a LED flash along with an 8 MP selfie shooter. Design wise, the Honor 8 Lite is similar to the Honor 8. It has an all metal frame with brushed metal finish on the edges, along with a fingerprint scanner embedded on the rear. The smartphone packs a 3000 mAh battery and measures 137.2 x 72.94 x 7.6 mm with 147 grams of weight.
