ZTE nubia Z11 with Snapdragon 820 SoC, 6GB RAM and 16MP rear camera launched

The Chinese company, ZTE has announced a new smartphone in its home country, dubbed as ZTE nubia Z11. The full metal unibody designed smartphone will go on sale from 6th July and the price starts at 2499 yuan (approx. Rs. 25,500).

The ZTE nubia Z11 flaunts a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D borderless display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, it has 64-bit Quad-Core Snapdragon 820 processor, clocked at 2.15GHz with Adreno 530 GPU. It comes in two variants, one with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, and another with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It has expandable storage up to 200GB with microSD and the smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with nubia UI 4.0 overlaid.

The nubia Z11 sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, IMX298 sensor, OIS, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, and 6P lens. It also houses an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with 5P lens, f/2.4 aperture, and 80-degree wide-angle lens. It features a fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support.

Connectivity options on the smartphone include 4G LTE with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C, and NFC. The nubia Z11 measures 151.8 × 72.3 × 7.50mm and weighs 162 g. It comes in Gold, Gray and Silver color variants.

The ZTE nubia Z11 is priced at 2499 yuan (approx. Rs. 25,500) for the 4GB RAM variant and the 6GB RAM variant costs 3499 yuan (approx. Rs. 35,700). The smartphone will also be available in Limited Collector’s Cristiano Ronaldo edition in new Obsidian Gold color and his autograph on the back.
