Yu Yunique Plus with 2GB RAM and 4G LTE to launch soon at Rs. 6,499

After unveiling the Yureka S on their company’s site, Yu Televentures has listed one more smartphone, dubbed as Yu Yunique Plus. The smartphone is now priced at Rs. 6,499 and is expected to go on sale soon.

The Yu Yunique Plus is almost similar to its predecessor Yunique, except the former has 2 GB RAM while the latter had 1 GB RAM. It features the same 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS Fully Laminated display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, paired with Adreno 306 GPU. It offers 8 GB internal memory, which is expandable up to 32GB with microSD. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.The Yunique Plus sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and an aperture of f/2.0, while a 2-megapixel front camera with 83-degree wide-angle lens and f/2.4 aperture. It is backed by 2000mAh non-removable Li-Po battery that can give up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 271 hours of standby support.

Connectivity options on the smartphone include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. The Yu Yunique plus measures 134.5 × 67.5 × 8.3mm and weighs 128 g.
