Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 3 on March 3 in India, and today the much appealed smartphone is scheduled for its second flash sale at 2 PM on Amazon.in and mi.com. Users who were unsuccessful in the first flash sale were needed to register again.
As expected the first flash sale that happened on 9th March was a huge success as the phones were sold within a blink of an eye as soon as the sale started. Xiaomi India claimed that it had received over 8.5 lakh registrations for the first flash sale, but didn’t reveal how many phones were actually made available to the customers.
Well here are some simple tips to buy at the flash sale, first make sure you have logged in to your account before time. Keep an eye on the timer and refresh the page once the time left is under one minute, to ensure that the time is synced correctly and counter is working fine.
Once the sale starts, users will get 3 minutes to add the phone in the cart (don’t wait for 3 minutes, the Add to Cart button will disappear in few seconds), and 15 minutes to complete the transaction. In case, if users failed to do so, they will be asked to join the waitlist, and then refresh the page frequently till the sale is closed. An alert will pop up if the device is available for a waitlisted customer, add it to the cart and check out within 15 minutes.
The Redmi Note 3 will be available in two variants, 16 GB storage variant with 2 GB RAM, priced at Rs. 9,999, whereas the 32 GB storage variant with 3 GB RAM costs Rs. 11,999.
