Xiaomi has officially announced its wearable fitness tracker, Xiaomi Mi Band 1S in the weekend and 20,000 mAh Power bank today, in China. The Mi Band 1S is priced at CNY 99 (approx Rs. 1,030) and the 20,000 mAh power bank is priced at CNY 149 (approx. Rs. 1550).
The Xiaomi Mi Band 1S, successor to the popular Mi Band now features a heart rate sensor. It has 45 mAh Li-po battery and promises up to 20 days of standby time. It is IP67 certified, that protects it from water. The Mi Band 1S measures 37×13.6×9.9 mm and weighs 5.5 g.
The other product launched by Xiaomi is 20,000 mAh power bank. Unlike the previously launched power banks which have metal body, this one has ABS plastic body, that offers a better hold and prevents it from scratches. The batteries on the inside are manufactured by LG or Panasonic and it promises up to 93% conversion rate. It offers 5.1V / 3.6A output, and also has fast charging that takes only 3 hours to charge the power bank up to 11,000 mAh.
For now, both Xiaomi Band 1S and 20,000 mAh Power bank are available in China only. There is no word about its availability in the Indian market.
