I have to buy a laptop.....i hv recommendations to asus or lenovo......Is asus is good ?....u hv'nt mentioned any asus product above and yes, my budget is 35k ..i am not looking for more hdd capacity..it can be 500 GB..but i prefer to i5 processor...ram can be 2GB ...so that i can upgrade it later...but graphics must be good...can u suggest any model please ?

but a few friends are suggesting me Acer's laptops...
so what would u suggest ?

Your brother has suggested you the right model. But you can get even better with HP. I will suggest you HP Pavilion G6-2302AX and will place Samsung NP300E5X-U01IN at the 2nd position. At 30k, buy from these two only, don't go for Acer.
