Yesterday, the Samsung Galaxy C7 surfaced on a benchmarking site, today, it is the Galaxy C5 which has appeared on GFXBench with a model number SM-C5000.
As per the listing, the Samsung Galaxy C5 features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display, powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 615 SoC, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage out of which 25 GB will be user’s memory (expandable via microSD), and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
The Galaxy C5 may sport a 16 MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8 MP camera on front. The smartphone packs a fingerprint sensor, sadly there aren’t any details about the battery yet.
A well-known tipster @onleaks aka Steve Hemmerstoffer has also released some leaked images of Galaxy C5 cases, from which we can take a hunch on its design. According to the case, loudspeaker is placed on the bottom, along with earpiece and USB port. The 3.5mm audio jack is on the top, SIM/microSD slot is present on the left, and the power and volume buttons are on the right.
Both Samsung Galaxy C5 and C7 are expected to have a full metal unibody design, and might get launched next month in China.
