Last year, we notified you about Nokia N1’s launch in China. The Nokia N1 is the first device which came out from Nokia after the company’s mobile division was sold to Microsoft and everyone thought the Nokia branded devices were gone forever. In these clouds of uncertainty, the company came back with its Android powered tablet but unfortunately the device hasn’t headed its way to the Indian market. Now, some light has emerged on its arrival in India so we are here to update you as promised.
The latest update is that, Nokia N1 is getting tested in India, exposes the Zauba database. Zauba Corp., India’s import/export company tells that almost 44,523 units are shipped to India for testing purposes.
As far as the specifications are concerned, it has a 7.9″ IPS display, powered by Intel Atom Z3580 with a quad-core processor clocked 2.3 GHz and 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of non expandable memory, 8 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera with aluminium body. The Nokia N1 tab runs on Nokia’s Z Launcher based on Android Lollipop 5.1. It may be priced around 17k in India.
After tasting huge success in China, N1 was launched in Taiwan. Hopefully, it will cross the Indian shores soon. Fingers crossed!
