Launch after Launch, in just two days more than two phones are launched in India. After Huawei and Gionee, Motorola has launched their much rumored and anticipated flagship device Moto X Style in Indian market starting from Rs. 29,999 for 16GB model and Rs. 31,999 for 32GB model. The device was unveiled today at an event held in New Delhi. The Flipkart exclusive phone was already listed on the site from few days, teasing the launch.
The Moto X Style will be available for purchase from 15th October in Black and White color options. With the device, Motorola has also announced 4 launch offers in order to provide more benefit to the buyers. These offers include- 100% cashback for 100 customers, exchange offer up to Rs. 15,000, Rs. 5,000 off for MakeMyTrip customers for international holidays and Flipkart e-gift vouchers worth Rs. 1,000. These offers will be valid till October 20th.
As per the specifications, the Moto X Style has a 5.7 inch Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) display with Gorilla Glass 3, inheriting a 1.8GHz Hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM. The device comes in 16GB & 32GB inbuilt storage options and it can be expanded upto 128GB with the help of a microSD card.
In the camera division, it boasts a 21-megapixel rear camera coming with f/2.0 aperture and dual-led flash with the capability of recording 4K videos, the front camera of the device is 5MP and comes with an 87-degree wide-angle lens.
The Moto X Style runs on Stock Android 5.1.1 and the company has promised the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update to be available soon. The phone is water-repellent and includes a 3000mAh battery that can last up to 30 hours with a single charge, claims the company.
Other features of the device are Motorola TurboPower 25 for aiding in faster charging of the device. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, GLONASS and NFC.
Last month, Motorola has also launched its Moto X Play starting from Rs. 18,499 in India. It proved to be a hit smartphone and topped our list of 10 Best Android Phones under 20000 Rs in India (October 2015).
