Micromax has launched a new smartphone under its Evok series dubbed by the name Evok Dual Note, and as it was expected, the smartphone comes with a dual rear camera setup. The Evok Dual Note comes with some worthy specifications considering its budget friendly price. The smartphone comes in two different variants, one with 3 GB RAM and another with 4 GB RAM, where the 3 GB variant is priced at Rs. 9,999 while the price of the higher variant is still not revealed. The smartphone will be sold exclusively via Flipkart and will be available starting from 22nd August midnight.
There are also a few launch offers under which, all those who purchase the smartphone will get up to Rs. 11,000 off on exchange. There is an easy EMI option of as low as Rs.1667/month on SBI Credit Cards as well. The idea users will get 84 GB data with no daily limit & unlimited calling at Rs. 443 for 3 months with the purchase of the smartphone.
Coming towards the specifications, the Evok Dual Note sports a 5.5-inch Full-HD (1080 x 1920) display with 2.5D curved glass on top. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 64-bit processor along with Mali T860 GPU. The device comes with 3 GB/ 4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.
The camera department of Evok Dual Note, which is the premium highlight, consists of a dual rear camera setup with a primary 13 MP Sony IMX258 sensor and a secondary 5 MP camera to capture depth information for bokeh effect in images. The rear camera is accompanied with a single-LED flash. Upfront there is a 5 MP camera with soft LED flash for selfies.
The smartphone comes with a metal back and houses a 3,000 mAh battery to power itself and also features a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button. The connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C with OTG.
