Yesterday, LeEco announced the two new 50-inch fourth generation Super TVs, called as LeEco SuperTV X4-50 and X4-50 Pro, at its event in China. The LeEco SuperTV X4-50 and SuperTV X4-50 Pro are priced at 2499 Yuan (approx Rs. 25,590) and 2999 Yuan (approx. Rs. 30,710) respectively. Both these are now available for order and will go on sale in China from April 26th.
The LeEco SuperTV X4-50 and SuperTV X4-50 Pro, both of them feature almost similar specifications, except the display and storage. The former has a 50-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) panel with 176-degree viewing angle, and 85% NTSC color gamut, while the latter comes with a 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) panel with 178-degree viewing angle and 4000:1 contrast ratio. The low-end variant offers 16 GB (eMMC 5.1) internal memory, whereas the SuperTV X4-50 Pro houses 32 GB (eMMC 5.1) internal storage.
Both the LeEco SuperTV X4-50 and SuperTV X4-50 Pro flaunt metallic framed design with thickness of 9.9mm and are powered by 1.7GHz Mstar 6A938 quad-core 64-bit CPU, paired with Mali T820 MP3 GPU and 3 GB DDR3 RAM. They both run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based EUI 5.8 TV.
On the connectivity front, both of them offer WiFi 802.11ac, Dual-band MIMO, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, 3 x HDMI 2.0 port, and 2x USB 3.0 port. In terms of the audio experience both the devices come with Harman Kardon speakers.
The LeEco SuperTVs are expected to hit the Indian market within two months. The company also launched the LeEco Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max smartphones, along with the driverless electric concept Supercar at the same event yesterday.
