LeEco recently became the largest shareholder of Coolpad when it acquired the 11 percent stake of the telecommunications equipment company. And today both the companies have joined forces to unveil their first smartphone dubbed as the Cool 1.
The USP of the Cool 1 is its 13 megapixel dual rear cameras with dual-tone LED flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, and 4K video recording. On the front, it boasts an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with a f/2.2 aperture and 80-degree wide lens for selfie lovers. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EUI 5.6 on top and also bears a fingerprint sensor at the back.
The smartphone is backed by a 4060mAh battery with fast charging and offers connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac(2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and USB Type-C. It measures 152 × 74.8 × 8.2mm and weighs 167 g. It will be offered in Gold, Silver and Rose Gold color variants.
