The Indian manufacturer, Lava has been planning to launch a new smartphone, Lava Iris X10, that got accidentally listed online yesterday on HomeShop 18. Though the company hasn’t officially launched the smartphone yet, it seems that it will be priced at Rs. 10,990.
As per the listing, the Lava Iris X10 features a 5 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It will powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core (unspecified) processor, paired with 3 GB RAM. The smartphone comes with 16 GB of internal storage space, that can be further expanded via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop based Star OS on top of it.
The Iris X10 sports a 13 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, and 5 megapixel of front facing camera. It is packed with a 2900 mAh battery.
The Lava Iris X10 is a dual SIM smartphone that features connectivity options like 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
The smartphone is currently unavailable, and is expected to hit the local markets very soon.
