The Indian smartphone maker, Lava has launched two new smartphones, dubbed as Lava A72 and A76 priced at Rs. 6,499 and Rs. 5,699 respectively, yesterday. The company has also announced Lava A89 which is priced at Rs. 5,999.
The Lava A72, A76 and A89, all of them feature a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card. They all run on Android 5.1 Lollipop, but the company has promised that Lava A72 and A89 will receive an Android 6.0 update in future. On the connectivity front, they all support 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro-USB.
The Lava A72 (as seen above) comes with a 5 inch display, 5-megapixel front camera with LED flash. It is backed by a 2,500mAh battery and will be offered in white and gold, and blue and black color combinations. On the other hand, Lava A76 (as seen below) features a 4.5-inch display, a VGA front facing snapper with LED flash, a 1,850mAh battery and it comes in black and white color options.
Moving on to the Lava A89 (as seen in featured image), it features a 5-inch display, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 2000mAh battery. All these smartphones now support video picture-in-picture mode, smart screen gestures and Smart Music feature. The devices have flip to mute function, LED flash on incoming calls and auto call recording features as well.
Last month, Lava launched the KKT Ultra+ Union feature phone at Rs. 1,500.
