The Indian manufacturer, iBall has launched a new tablet in its Slide-series, dubbed as the Slide Brace-X1 Mini. The tablet is the mini version of the iBall Slide Brace-X1 tablet (10.1 inch screen), which was launched in February of this year.
The iBall Slide Brace X1 sports an 8 inch HD (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 16 GB inbuilt memory, expandable to up to 32 GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
The Slide Brace X1 mini features an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera. It is packed with a 5200mAh battery. It comes with voice-calling functionality and supports over 15 Indian languages.
Connectivity options include 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth and micro-USB with OTG support.
The dual sim tablet will be available via leading retail stores soon, it is priced at Rs. 12,999.
