The Chinese telecommunication giant, Huawei’s new flagship smartphone Huawei Honor 7 has been launched in Europe, it was launched in China last month. The all metal body phone sports a fingerprint sensor below the rear camera and it is said to be the quickest and most accurate. The phone is priced at EUR 349.99 (approx Rs 26,140). Although the phone is expected to launch in India soon, the company hasn’t declared the date yet.
The Honor 7 flaunts a 5.2 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display which offers 424 ppi of pixel density with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The flagship phone is powered by a 64-bit Huawei Kirin 935 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz coupled with Mali-T628 MP4 GPU and 3 GB RAM. It has 16GB of internal storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot cum second SIM slot.
Huawei Honor 7 features a 20 megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX230 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, and dual-tone LED flash, while on front it has an 8 megapixel selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture, BSI Sensor, and LED flash as well. It is packed with 3100 mAh battery with fast charging capabilities and runs on company’s own Emotion UI 3.1 based on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The Honor 7 is a dual SIM smartphone that supports 4G LTE connectivity, along with other connectivity features like 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC.
The Huawei Honor 7 measures 143.2 x 71.9 x 8.5mm and weighs 157 grams and comes in Mystery Gray and Fantasy Silver color variant.
