Huawei has finally launched a new smartphone, called as Huawei Honor 5A in China. The successor to last year’s Honor 4A is priced at 699 yuan (approx. Rs. 7,130) and will be available from 17th June.
The Huawei Honor 5A features a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display, 178-degree viewing angle and tempered glass protection. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Octa-Core Kirin 620 processor, paired with Mali 450 GPU and 2 GB RAM. It offers 16 GB of internal memory, which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The dual Sim smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based Emotion UI 4.1 on top.
The Honor 5A sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, and 28mm wide-angle lens. It also boasts an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with 27mm wide-angle 4P lens. It is backed by a 3100mAh battery and offers connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS.
The Huawei Honor 5A will be available in Black, White, Blue and Gold color variants. It measures 154.3 × 77.1 × 8.45 mm and weighs 168 grams.
