HTC has launched the HTC One M9s in Taiwan, recently. The all-metal body smartphone is priced at NT$ 12,900 (approx. Rs. 26,000) and will be available from November 20th. It is offered in Gold, Gunmetal Grey and Silver color variants.
The HTC One M9s comes with a 5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display. Under the hood, it has a 64-bit MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795T) octa-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz, coupled with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 2 GB RAM. It offers 16 GB internal storage and expandable memory upto 2 TB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on HTC Sense UI based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The One M9s sports a 13 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS), f/2.2 aperture, and 4K video recording. On the front, it has a ultrapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1080p video recording. It is backed by 2840 mAh battery.
The HTC One M9s supports 4G connectivity, along with 3G, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS/GLONASS. It measures 144.6 × 69.7 × 9.61 mm and weighs around 158 g.
The HTC One M9s is currently available in Taiwan only. Its availability for global market is not yet announced.
