After making the fans nostalgic by launching its remodelled Nokia 3310 feature phone, the Finnish company HMD Global is again back with a couple of new feature phones adding up to its portfolio. The company has launched the new Nokia 105 (2017) and Nokia 130 (2017) feature phones in India, where the starting price for Nokia 105 (2017) is Rs. 999 and the price for Nokia 130 (2017) will be revealed soon when it is close to availability.
Both the feature phones will also be available in dual sim variants in India. The Nokia 105 (2017) will be available through retail stores across India from 19th July at Rs. 999 for the single sim variant and Rs. 1,149 for the dual sim variant. The feature phone comes in Blue, White and Black color options with a matte finish.
Talking about the specifications, the Nokia 105 (2017) sports a 1.8-inch QVGA coloured display and runs on the Nokia S30+ platform. The feature phone comes with 4 MB of RAM and 4 MB of storage which is said to accommodate around 500 text messages and 2000 contacts. It packs a 800 mAh battery which is rated to offer up to 15 hours talk time and a month of standby time.
The new Nokia 105 (2017) has got a fresh design with a curved ergonomic polycarbonate body and an island keypad for dialling and texting. The Micro-USB port (USB 2.0) and the 3.5mm audio jack both are situated at the top. The feature phone also comes with FM radio and pre-loaded games such as Snake Xenzia. The device measures 112.0 x 49.5 x 14.4 mm and weighs 73 grams.
Coming towards the Nokia 130 (2017), it hold more exciting features to provide entertainment. The feature phone sports the same 1.8-inch QVGA coloured display, and runs on the Series 30+ software platform. It comes with 4 GB RAM and 8 GB storage which is further expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. It packs a 1,020 mAh battery that is rated to offer up to 44 hours of FM radio music playback with a headset, 11.5 hours of video playback and up to a month on standby from a single charge.
Design wise the feature phone holds a polycarbonate shell with rounded edges for tough handling. It also has Bluetooth connectivity for file transfer or connecting wireless headset via Bluetooth. Nokia 130 (2017) also comes pre-loaded with Snake Xenzia and five other try-and-buy Gameloft games. The feature phone measures 111.5 x 48.4 x 14.2 mm.
