Dell India on Wednesday has launched the new range of Latitude Laptops and 2-in-1 convertibles laptops in India at starting price of Rs. 44,999. The company has showcased six products running on Windows 10 Pro including the Latitude 13 7000 Series Ultrabook, and the Latitude 12 7000 Series 2-in-1, along with Latitude 3000 and Latitude 5000 series laptops.
The Dell Latitude 13 7000 Series Ultrabook is the world’s smallest ultrabook with 13.3 inch InfinityEdge display, the ultra-thin bezel. It will be available in Full HD resolution non-touch and QHD+ resolution Touch display variants. It can be customized with up to 16GB LPDDR3 RAM, sixth generation Intel Core m7, and up to 512GB SSD storage. It also includes a HD video webcam.
Connectivity features include USB Type-C ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, Micro-USB 3.0 with support for Thunderbolt 3, 4G LTE support, microSD card reader, and Micro-SIM card slot. For the additional security of laptop, users get a smartcard reader, fingerprint reader, and RFID reader, apart from security and encryption software. It will be available from April with prices starting at Rs. 79,999.
The Dell Latitude 12 7000 Series 2-in-1 is claimed by Dell as the lightest 12.5-inch 2-in-1 device in the market. It comes in Full HD touch and UHD Touch variants and are 8mm thin with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It features a magnesium unibody build. It can be customized upto sixth generation Intel Core m7 processor and can take up to 8GB of RAM. Also featured are an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It will be available from this month-end at a price starting from Rs. 87,999.
The Dell Latitude 3000 and 5000 series laptops are already available from Rs. 44,999 and Rs. 54,999 respectively. All the laptops are compatible with Dell Dock and Dell Thunderbolt Dock accessories.
