Asus launches Zenfone 3, Zenfone 3 Deluxe and Zenfone 3 Ultra in India, prices start at Rs. 21,999

As expected, Asus has launched the Zenfone 3 series smartphones, at its ‘Z3nvolution India’ event, today. The prices of the Asus Zenfone 3, Zenfone 3 Deluxe and Zenfone 3 Ultra starts at Rs. 21,999, Rs. 49,999 and Rs. 49,999 respectively. All these smartphones come with a fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C port and run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based latest Zen UI overlaid.

Asus Zenfone 3:

The Asus Zenfone 3 is the low-end smartphone of all the three, which is launched in two variants, where one features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and has 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, while another one comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD display (1920 X 1080 pixels) and has 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 14nm processor, clubbed with Adreno 506 GPU.

The Zenfone 3 sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX318 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 4-axis OIS, 3-axis EIS, and Laser AF. It also boasts an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, 88-degree wide-angle lens. The smartphone is backed by a 3000mAh battery and will be offered in Shimmer Gold, Aqua Blue, Sapphire Black and Moonlight White color variants. The 5.2-inch screen variant is priced at Rs. 21,999, whereas the 5.5-inch screen variant is priced at Rs. 27,999.

Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe:

As per the company, the Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe is the world’s first full-metal smartphone with the invisible antenna. It flaunts a 5.7 inch Full HD (1920 X 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display with over 100% NTSC color gamut and Always On panel. Under the hood, it has quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, clubbed with Adreno 530 GPU and 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. There is also a special edition of this smartphone which packs the world’s first Snapdragon 821 processor, paired with 256GB internal storage.

The Zenfone 3 Deluxe houses a 23-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX318 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 4-axis OIS, 3-axis EIS, and Laser AF. It also has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera on board. The smartphone gets its juice from a 3000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support. It will be available in Titanium Gray, Glacier Silver, and Sand Gold color variants. It is priced at Rs. 49,999, while the special edition smartphone is priced at Rs. 62,999.

Asus Zenfone 3 Ultra:

Asus Zenfone 3 Ultra carries a massive 6.8-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with 95% NTSC color gamut. Under the hood, it has an octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor coupled with Adreno 510 GPU and 4GB RAM. It offers 64GB of internal storage space.

The Zenfone 3 Ultra features the same camera as of Zenfone 3 Deluxe and it also includes Dual Five-magnet stereo speakers, NXP smart amplifier, Hi-Res Audio (HRA). It is backed by a huge 4600mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support and will be offered in Gray, Silver and Gold color variants.  It is priced at Rs. 49,999.

The Asus Zenfone 3 will be available from today, while the Zenfone 3 Deluxe and Zenfone 3 Ultra will be available September 2016 across all major e-commerce sites and Asus Exclusive across India.
