Like every year, Apple has updated its MacBook line up, yesterday. The company has announced the hardware update for the 12 inch MacBook and 13 inch MacBook Air, while the 11 inch MacBook Air remains untouched.
The 12-inch Apple MacBook now gets Intel’s sixth-generation processor with Skylake architecture and 8 GB RAM is now standard across all variants, irrespective of Core m3, Core m5 or the Core m7 processor options. The company also claims, that they have improved the battery life, which now goes up to 10 hours of Web surfing or 11 hours of video playback. But the most interesting update is the new color option, Rose Gold which is now available along with Gold, Silver, and Space Gray options.
The 12-inch MacBook is the thinnest MacBook ever with the weight of just 900 grams, and its price starts at Rs. 1,06,900.
Apple has also updated the 13 inch MacBook Air with 8 GB RAM, whereas the 11-inch MacBook Air still comes with 4 GB RAM.
