Xolo has always been my favourite brand. What quality phones it offers in a reasonable price. This is very good phone with good screen, faster quad core processor, 1 GB RAM, good camera and a decent battery life.

As Samsung Galaxy S2 is too old, its not available in most of the stores and genuinely, the phone doesn't compete with the newly launched phones at the same price, I recommend buying Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 or some other phone.

All the 3 phones you have mentioned are not worth the money. Instead go with Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 or with Micromax and other brands. And its better to go with phone than buying a tab with calling facility.
