10.or is a new entrant in the Indian market and we don’t usually recommend to go with a new brand instantly. However, the 10.or E is a good phone and packs some really good specifications for its price. A big 5.5 inches screen with full HD display, good performance, big battery, decent cameras and stock Android with guaranteed future updates is a package which no other phone is offering at this price. 10.or (pronounced Tenor), the new Chinese smartphone brand by Huaqin Technology has entered India with its first smartphone 10.or E. The smartphone comes with very impressive specifications at a very affordable price. The best part is, the phone comes with latest stock Android v7.1.2 Nougat with promised Android security updates and an update to Android Oreo.
Design-wise, the phone has a usual design with plastic body, however, the build quality is good and despite the big battery and big screen, it manages to keep the weight reduced to 150 grams only. It sports a 5.5 inches full HD screen which is hardly seen at this price, the display quality is not bad for the price. The phone also comes with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top.
It runs on the 1.5 GHz octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor paired with 2/3 GB RAM, the performance is decent for day to day usage and moderate gaming however, heavy games may not be very smooth. The 10.or E packs a 13 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera, both come with f/2.0 aperture and single LED flash. The picture quality of the cameras is decent.
It packs a fast fingerprint scanner on the rear and includes dual sim and a microSD slot. It comes with 16/32 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128 GB. It is backed by a Li-Po 4000 mAh battery which delivers very good battery backup.
